Now i finally got my old site migrated to a new system. The name of the new system is CMS Made Simple(external link), which I certainly hope it is in the long run. The previous system I used was far simpler, but at the same time it was generally lacking, for instance there weren't even a function for removing pages!
This new system however, seems quite promising.
I did take a peek at quite a few CMS' before i decided to go with this one. Some of them I even attempted to use, such as Tiki Wiki(external link), and Jaws(external link).
I found Tiki Wiki to be way too complex, but Jaws on the other hand, was brilliant, at least untill I had of my site setup, and then had to create extensions for it, to fullfil my needs of functionality. The amount of documentation for how to create these extensions was insufficient, and trying to base your own extension off of a skeleton/template gave me nothing but trouble. There are just way too many things that have to be defined in obscure ways, that i simply gave up on Jaws.
But now i think i found something that i'll like, at least for a while.
